Glioblastoma is an incurable primary brain tumor. The Wnt pathway is frequently dysregulated in many cancers, including glioblastoma, underscoring it as an important therapeutic target. This work will reveal a novel mechanism by which Wnt signaling is activated independent of Wnt ligand-receptor binding. If successful, the findings of this study will provide new strategies to improve treatment for glioblastoma.
