VeloSano Florida for the Cure Coming to Fort Lauderdale in 2026

VeloSano Florida for the Cure is where community, compassion and cutting-edge science come together for one powerful purpose: ending cancer. This first-of-its-kind event unites supporters across Florida to fuel lifesaving discoveries happening every day at Cleveland Clinic while having fun in a pickleball tournament.

Florida for the Cure isn’t just an isolated event, it’s the first stop of the 2026 VeloSano year-round fundraising movement, which will also include London for the Cure in June, Trike & Bike this summer and Bike to Cure in Cleveland in September.

The event will be held at The FORT, one of South Florida’s premier social sports destinations. Featuring 43 professional regulation courts and the world’s first dedicated pickleball stadium, this state-of-the-art facility is perfect for casual and competitive players united with a common goal: curing cancer.

Thanks to VeloSano’s promise that 100% of every dollar raised goes directly to cancer research, participants know their impact is immediate and meaningful. And that impact is already visible: since launching cancer research efforts in Florida in 2018, Cleveland Clinic teams across Florida have completed 109 clinical trials, enrolled nearly 1,600 patients, trained 15 research fellows and published 164 scientific manuscripts. Florida researchers earned their first VeloSano research grant in 2024, followed by a second grant in 2025.
