Little Riders Fundraise for Cancer Research in a Big Way

They came with their bikes, tricycles, scooters, and a lot of enthusiasm; all to benefit kids fighting cancer.

Trike & Bike benefiting VeloSano is a series of community rides that provide a unique opportunity for children and their families to have fun and stay active while supporting a great cause – as 100% of every dollar that participants raise supports pediatric cancer research at Cleveland Clinic Children’s.

The rides, which ran from late August through early October in communities across Northeast Ohio, raised more than $350,000 for pediatric cancer research. Here’s a by-the-numbers look at the impact from this year’s Trike & Bike events:

• Community rides: 8
• Top fundraising community ride: $75,116 raised by Chagrin Falls
